Client Relationship Consultant 2 (Banker) - Richton Park

Build strong customer relationships through proactive outreach, in-person/appointment/virtual interactions, and a digital-first mindset. Assess customers’ banking needs, gather and process account information, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions aligned to individual goals. Maintain working knowledge of consumer and business banking and digital self-service tools while ensuring an accurate, optimal client experience, including basic transactions, account openings, service requests, and credit applications.
