Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate, pilot, and operationalize emerging technologies including AI-enabled workflows, cloud-native GIS, enterprise imagery, reality mapping, and other evolving ArcGIS capabilities.
  • •Provide onsite, hands-on solution enablement across a broad range of Esri technologies, translating customer priorities into actionable plans.
  • •Partner as an extension of the customer’s GIS team and Esri Program Team to accelerate progress, reduce friction, and respond to unexpected needs.
  • •Engage directly with strategic customers’ GIS teams to understand requirements and support implementation across the ArcGIS platform.
  • •Serve as a technical liaison by coordinating with the established Esri Program Team and support ArcGIS configuration and integrations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional experience in GIS technical support, system administration, technical consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role.
  • •3+ years of experience with ArcGIS Enterprise architecture, configuration, administration, and enterprise GIS best practices.
  • •Proven experience working with enterprise geodatabases and data management workflows, including database administration concepts.
  • •Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver successful outcomes in enterprise environments.
  • •U.S. Citizenship.
