Key Requirements

  • •Ability to analyze complex operational problems accurately, document issues and resolutions, and respond promptly to customer needs.
  • •Knowledge of bank operations, products, policies, and procedures, including audit and exam functions.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office and understanding of core banking systems and ancillary products/applications.
