Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and drive engineering strategies aligned with long-term objectives and international rail engineering standards.
  • •Assess and recommend asset improvement programs and lead technical investigations across rolling stock and interfacing assets.
  • •Provide engineering governance and assurance for rolling stock modifications, refurbishment projects, and system upgrades in line with safety and railway standards.
  • •Drive obsolescence management and maintenance strategy development using RAMS/FRACAS/FRB, RCM, and FMEA with data-driven asset management.
  • •Sponsor change processes, lead continuous improvement and documentation updates, and provide technical mentoring for rolling stock engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum years of system engineering experience in rolling stock depot and related interfaces.
  • •Proven experience developing maintenance and asset plans using RAMS, FRB, and Change Management.
  • •Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Ability to develop and interpret large data sets, manage competing priorities, and present to senior stakeholders.
