Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, motivate and develop the warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets and maintain high performance standards.
  • •Take accountability for direct reports’ performance, capability and conduct, ensuring training, competency and management in line with company processes.
  • •Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with WHS, quality, legislative and operational requirements.
  • •Coordinate warehouse and logistics activities to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently and on time.
  • •Liaise with transport providers, suppliers and customers to meet service expectations, resolve issues, and support new customer onboarding; identify process improvement and cost-efficiency opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in warehousing or logistics, including experience in bonded or regulated environments.
  • •3+ years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with proven people leadership and performance management.
  • •Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • •Sound understanding of Chain of Responsibility and WHS requirements.
  • •Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
