Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and implement EHS programs aligned with Kerry global standards and local legal requirements.
  • •Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, and drive corrective actions.
  • •Develop and deliver EHS training, and support an effective EHS Management system in both theory and practice.
  • •Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including drills/exercises to validate readiness.
  • •Support compliance work such as ISO 14001/45001 review, gap analysis, and EHS projects, including technical EHS support and coordination with authorities and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental, Health & Safety, Chemistry, or related field.
  • •Minimum 6 years’ experience in a Technical EHS/OSH role in a multinational food manufacturing industry.
  • •Registered with DOSH as a competent Safety & Health Officer (valid Green book holder).
  • •Strong knowledge of OSHA 2022 and in-depth knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 (lead auditor experience is an advantage).
  • •Competency in Scheduled Waste Management; NEBOSH, AGT, and Train the Trainer are an advantage.
