Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide customer support on Honeywell control systems and act as a contact for service-related issues.
  • •Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Honeywell hardware/software including Experion PKS and other DCS hardware/software (LCN, TPS).
  • •Upgrade Experion software releases on live control systems without interrupting customer industrial processes.
  • •Migrate legacy Honeywell control systems to Honeywell’s new technology offering.
  • •Assist with customer planning and delivery execution; communicate with customers about technical and administrative issues and support Sales during pursuits.
