  • •Review reticle inspection equipment regularly to ensure availability, matching, and repeatability.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in tool health and process matching using Virtual Factory BIC learnings and execute an improvement roadmap across factory pillars.
  • •Apply constant learnings to improve mask health and defect containment, preventing excursions and ensuring high reticle quality standards.
  • •Use model-based problem solving to identify root causes of reticle changes, monitor failures, and print changes; develop permanent solutions to prevent recurrence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in a related science or engineering field and 7 years of process engineering experience in wafer fabrication.
  • •At least 5 years of reticle lithography experience including process flow, troubleshooting equipment, and model-based problem solving.
  • •Experience interacting with vendor field service engineering support and manufacturing/engineering technicians on toolsets.
  • •Advanced data analysis and ability to provide technical direction on quality issues.
  • •US citizenship required and ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.
