Organize and lead production shifts for the “produits 1 mètre” workshop, ensuring safety, quality, service, and production cost control. Lead and develop a team of operator leaders and operators, drive Lean/6 Sigma improvements, and optimize resource usage to meet volume and performance requirements. Coordinate specific projects, communicate effectively with internal support departments, and continuously propose upgrades across production, quality, flows, costs, and maintenance.
