Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and control end-to-end services and operational deliveries for an assigned service contract/department/area, including MEP, fire, and civil works.
  • •Motivate and lead subordinates to execute responsibilities for maximum productivity while maintaining high morale.
  • •Create and maintain yearly preventive maintenance schedules to keep equipment and facilities in optimal condition.
  • •Oversee building and grounds maintenance, supervise multi-disciplinary teams (cleaning, maintenance, grounds, security), and ensure quality of work.
  • •Manage budgets and review service contracts; implement workplace safety and emergency preparedness; conduct and document facilities inspections.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years working experience in facilities management, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •2+ years GCC experience (plus).
  • •Ability to manage and control operational activities and deliveries for an assigned service contract/area.
  • •Strong project management, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, are required.
