Learning Tools Manager

Own and evolve the learning technology stack for Community Support Training, including LMS and TMS administration and day-to-day tool management. Lead an end-to-end LMS transition over the next year, partnering with data/analytics, engineering, and sourcing/contract teams. Build learning dashboards, define KPIs and governance for system health and learner experience, manage vendor relationships, and lead and develop the tooling team while driving adoption and continuous improvement.
