Job Summary

Drive sales for an Allergy Infant Formula portfolio in designated pediatric and OBGYN office and hospital segments. Build and maintain relationships with physicians and customer influence networks, apply consultative selling and competitor knowledge, and develop territory and management plans to meet short- and long-term goals. Use clinical data, competitive intelligence, and marketing initiatives to shape account strategy, forecast performance, and support successful sales calls and presentations while traveling within the territory.

•Build and maintain relationships with physicians, M.D. office staff, and other stakeholders in the customer influence network.
•Use accurate product, competitor, and healthcare environment knowledge, including regulations and managed healthcare dynamics.
•Develop territory and management plans that prioritize activities to achieve short- and long-term business goals.
•Use computer software systems for planning, forecasting, reviewing sales activities, and supporting sales calls and presentations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•Previous experience as a field sales representative in business-to-business, pharmaceutical, or nutritional sales; or experience as a Neonatal Dietitian, Registered Dietitian, Pharm D, or NICU RN.
•Demonstrated ability to influence key decision makers and develop rapport.
•Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally and present information to varied audience levels.
•Experience in presenting information and meeting or exceeding sales targets (nutritional industry or hospital-based market desirable).
