Shape Mainline tolling strategy and commercial decision-making through advanced financial modeling, valuation techniques, and scenario analysis. Provide strategic trade-off insights across toll design, capital recovery, regulatory outcomes, and investment opportunities. Translate complex analysis into executive-level narratives for senior leadership while partnering with Commercial, VCO, Business Development, and leadership. Support regulatory filings, benchmarking, and risk/value-driver assessment, and mentor analysts.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead development and enhancement of financial models and analytical frameworks supporting Mainline tolling strategy, commercial negotiations, and capital investment decisions.
•Provide strategic insights on trade-offs across toll design, capital recovery, investment decisions, and competitive positioning.
•Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenario analyses evaluating commercial alternatives, regulatory outcomes, investment opportunities, and strategic trade-offs.
•Translate sophisticated financial analysis into executive-level narratives and recommendations for senior leadership.
•Partner with Commercial, VCO, Business Development, and leadership teams; benchmark toll structures and regulatory frameworks; identify risks, opportunities, and value drivers supporting regulatory filings.

•Advanced expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, scenario analysis, and strategic financial planning.
•Strong business acumen connecting financial outcomes to commercial strategy, negotiations, and organizational objectives.
•Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations supporting executive decision-making.
•Exceptional communication and presentation skills to simplify complex concepts and frame executive-level business narratives.
