Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-develop training strategy and curriculum direction with the Senior Manager, then independently design and develop learning content for new hire onboarding, continuing education, and role-specific certifications.
  • •Translate process documentation, regulatory requirements, and engineered standards into clear, learner-ready training materials; refresh and maintain content as policy, technology, and operational practices change.
  • •Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions for domestic and offshore (LSC) audiences, adapting delivery to learner context and formats (live, self-paced, blended, on-the-job).
  • •Use AI-enabled authoring tools to draft, refine, and personalize learning paths; pilot adaptive learning experiences and recommend adjustments or scale-up.
  • •Define and track training KPIs (time-to-proficiency, knowledge retention, post-training performance), analyze operational/quality data to find capability gaps, and iterate content and delivery based on results and learner feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4 years’ experience (or an equivalent combination such as a master’s with 2 years, PhD with up to 1 year, or HS Diploma/GED with 8 years).
  • •Experience designing and delivering training to operational audiences (virtual and in-person).
  • •Experience training distributed teams across time zones, including offshore or nearshore audiences (preferred).
  • •Comfort translating operational data into measurable training interventions using KPIs, quality data, and performance metrics.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience with learning management systems and content authoring tools (AI-enabled tools preferred).
