Key Requirements

  • •Experience developing training solutions in an RTO, Defence, aviation, or other highly regulated environment.
  • •Knowledge of ADDIE, training system development, AQSA requirements, and competency-based training.
  • •Ability to engage stakeholders effectively, working productively with SMEs and project teams.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
  • •Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, or qualifications in instructional design, learning & development, or training design (highly regarded).
