Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecasting issues and gathering materials.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and record use, wear, and conditions to maintain security and accountability of company assets.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent and typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (Technical School or formal training preferred).
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding work safely, including lifting/moving equipment and working at heights.
