Key Responsibilities

  • •Autonomously manage end-to-end product warehouse claims for a defined product and market area.
  • •Collaborate with regional quality managers to investigate root causes of quality defects and align on corrective actions.
  • •Assess claim scope and potential impact, collecting expert feedback and presenting analysis to senior leaders.
  • •Analyze return and claim data to identify recurring issues, trends, and root causes, then recommend product creation and production improvements.
  • •Own the C4C transfer-in process and BU communication flow in China, ensuring timely stakeholder alignment and risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •College/university degree focused on product engineering (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Minimum 4 years of work experience in the sporting goods industry, ideally across sourcing, development, commercialization, and production.
  • •Expert knowledge of product and manufacturing processes with the ability to make decisions under risk and uncertainty.
  • •Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong communication and influencing skills.
