Key Responsibilities

  • •Pilot the development projects for leather materials from brief to industrialization, coordinating the studio, collections, commercial teams and the material office; manage timelines and ensure delivery of quality.
  • •Animate the material offer in collaboration with collection/creation teams to ensure visibility and attractiveness of all leathers, and inform internal teams on materials.
  • •Source suppliers and develop relationships with partners; propose new leathers to address group needs and ensure quality standards.
  • •Set up analytics/tools to monitor the material market and needs, and define short/medium-term development axes aligned with overall strategy.
  • •Deliver projects to the required quality level and ensure repeatability through coordination with preproduction sites, production teams, and quality teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or business
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
  • •Solid mastery and knowledge of leather
  • •Leadership and ability to animate and federate around a project
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and agile, analytical mindset
