Lead development of Hermès leather portfolio from brief through industrialization, coordinating studio, collections, purchasing, quality, and artisanal partners. Key Responsibilities

•Pilot the development projects for leather materials from brief to industrialization, coordinating the studio, collections, commercial teams and the material office; manage timelines and ensure delivery of quality.
•Animate the material offer in collaboration with collection/creation teams to ensure visibility and attractiveness of all leathers, and inform internal teams on materials.
•Source suppliers and develop relationships with partners; propose new leathers to address group needs and ensure quality standards.
•Set up analytics/tools to monitor the material market and needs, and define short/medium-term development axes aligned with overall strategy.
•Deliver projects to the required quality level and ensure repeatability through coordination with preproduction sites, production teams, and quality teams.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or business
•Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
•Solid mastery and knowledge of leather
•Leadership and ability to animate and federate around a project
•Excellent interpersonal skills and agile, analytical mindset
