Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary Learning & Development point of contact for Latin America, advising HR Business Partners and business leaders on learning and talent development needs.
  • •Consult with stakeholders to identify capability gaps, recommend learning solutions, and align development initiatives with business priorities.
  • •Support Costa Rica’s shared services learning roadmap, including onboarding, and facilitate professional, business, and leadership training (in-person and virtual).
  • •Assist with instructional design for new programs and promote e-learning content, including development tracks with LinkedIn Learning.
  • •Support L&D annual planning, learning effectiveness evaluation, LMS activities, leadership assessment processes, and generate learning analytics/HRIS reports for decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of Human Resources experience with significant Learning & Development experience.
  • •Experience partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify organizational development needs.
  • •Experience facilitating instructor-led learning programs in both virtual and in-person environments.
  • •Experience designing learning solutions for adult learning and using Learning Management Systems.
