Key Responsibilities

•Managing and reviewing international tax compliance and reporting for foreign subsidiaries (e.g. Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, etc.)
•Partnering with colleagues across global offices to coordinate and gather information for compliance
•Maintaining and enhancing Excel models used for complex group calculations (e.g. GILTI, Sec. 987, Subpart F)
•Ensuring all filings are audit-ready, standardised, and appropriately documented
•Identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve tax compliance processes

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
•A professional qualification such as CPA, ACA, or similar is beneficial but not essential
•Experience in international tax, ideally within public accounting or a global organisation
•Knowledge of global tax compliance and reporting requirements
•Experience using tax compliance or provision systems (e.g. Corptax)
