•Design, build, and own user-facing features in React and TypeScript — polished, accessible, performant, and production-ready.
•Set the technical direction and quality bar for frontend while mentoring teammates and conducting code reviews.
•Use AI and agentic development tools (e.g., Claude) to move quickly and establish best practices for AI-assisted development.
•Dip into Go to build or extend backend services and APIs behind frontend features when needed.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders to architect and implement new experiences from inception to delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 185,000 - 210,000 annually
