•Identify performance gaps and propose improvement actions to Senior Manager and Area Managers.
•Participate in regular business reviews with customer store managers.
•Ensure proper execution of brand standards, SOPs, and retail initiatives in customer stores.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5+ years of retail operations experience in multinational retail environment.
•Strong understanding of retail KPIs and operational drivers.
•Ability to influence external partners without direct authority.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Analytical mindset with good Excel capability.
