Support customers by greeting guests, understanding their needs, and providing styling guidance to help them create complete looks featuring Kate Spade products. Drive sales through storytelling and strong customer connections, maintain operational excellence with stockroom organization and POS transactions, and provide/receive constructive feedback. Work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and busy/holiday periods, while demonstrating professionalism and interpersonal communication skills.
