Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs, supporting safe stockroom standards and efficient store operations

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
