Key Responsibilities

  • •Challenge and validate suppliers’ commercial quotations in line with procurement guidelines (flat rate, Time & Material, PBH).
  • •Create justification dossiers for Customer Induced Damages (CID) and contribute to global FHS repair cost targets.
  • •Ensure repair and delivery of parts meet contractual obligations; identify delay root causes and prioritize AOG and critical customer requests.
  • •Organize regular supplier calls/meetings to address open issues, manage repair status/backlog reconciliation, and ensure technical standards and certifications are respected.
  • •Act as main point of contact for the operations desk, organizing supplier visits and driving continuous improvement within Repair Operations.

Key Requirements

  • •+5 years of experience in supply chain.
  • •Negotiation skills with the ability to work with short deadlines and fast-changing environments.
  • •Technical background to challenge quotations and use the Component Maintenance Manual (CMM).
  • •Maintenance Part 145 knowledge is a plus.
  • •Required: English negotiation level (spoken, written, influencing).
