O&M Engineer (FTC till end of 2027)

Deliver assigned technical O&M projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and HSE/legal/regulatory/quality requirements are met. Support operational inspection and maintenance activities, capture lessons learned for new offshore wind farm projects, and help define O&M data requirements and handover standards. Drive continuous improvement and implement digital tools (including low-code and coding solutions) to optimize onshore/offshore workscopes and long-term asset management.
