Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze requirements (specifications, demands, BOM, project scopes, preferred suppliers) to schedule products/services to meet business needs.
  • •Place and manage purchase orders and part parameters; negotiate supplier terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms for value.
  • •Analyze costs to find savings opportunities and optimize procurement processes to reduce expenses.
  • •Follow up on overdue purchase orders, communicate with internal customers when material arrives, and execute rescheduling and vendor return processing.
  • •Assess supplier capabilities and capacity, manage supplier performance metrics and risks (e.g., supply shortages, sole-source exposure, capacity and continuity), and support NPI, dual sourcing, transitions, and end-of-life strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Customs, or International Commerce.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, production, and/or inventory control-related activities.
  • •Fluency in English.
  • •Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • •Use data analysis tools such as Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Power BI, plus experience with MRP planning methods; familiarity with Oracle ERP is a plus.
