Substitute Teacher

Join our on-call Substitute Teacher team to step into mixed-age Montessori classrooms when full-time teachers are out. You’ll support children ages 0–6 by assisting with daily routines and activities, helping maintain a calm and nurturing learning environment, and collaborating with school staff for smooth transitions and continuity of care. Training is provided during orientation and onboarding, making this an accessible entry point into early childhood education.
