Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee hiring and scheduling of NBC Sports personnel for remote productions and live events, including crew outreach, availability, rate negotiations, and ensuring positions are filled prior to each event.
  • •Partner with Technical Managers, Operations leaders, and Production Managers to gather staffing requirements and create accurate crew sheets.
  • •Communicate crew and event information to Production Managers to support travel planning and cost-effective logistics.
  • •Support Operations and Production teams in resolving last-minute staffing, scheduling, and crewing challenges.
  • •Manage the internal personnel system (SCORE), including onboarding activities for new hires, and support payroll for each event.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in broadcast crewing, workforce scheduling, or production operations; NBA experience preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of crew scheduling practices and workforce planning principles.
  • •Familiarity with union regulations and practices.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and workforce management systems.
  • •Excellent organizational skills and strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to manage last-minute changes under pressure.
