Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers across the UAE for an AI-powered DevSecOps platform. Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation; drive solution evaluations including proofs of value and workshop design; and support tenders and value stream assessments. Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to shape account strategy, influence solution selling, and share customer feedback with Product and Engineering to guide roadmap and positioning.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation to demonstrate how the platform meets customer technical and business needs across the full lifecycle.
•Drive the technical evaluation process, including solution design and ownership of proof of concept/proof of value, workshop design, and technical components of tenders/audits/value stream assessments.
•Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales teams to shape and execute account strategies for acquisition and expansion.
•Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders to guide transformation and enable advocacy.
•Advise customers on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices, and share feedback with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to inform roadmap and positioning.

Key Requirements

•Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles guiding solution design and evaluation.
•Strong proficiency across the end-to-end software development lifecycle using modern DevSecOps practices and CI/CD workflows.
•Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control and CI/CD, mapping platform capabilities to customer use cases.
•Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts, including discussing deployment, security, and operations options with technical teams.
•Ability to lead technical evaluations such as proofs of concept/value and design/run workshops or value stream assessments.
