Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage compensation and benefits programs by benchmarking, evaluating inefficiencies, and identifying plan changes.
  • •Collect and incorporate employee/management feedback and industry trends, and communicate changes to impacted personnel, vendors, and management.
  • •Evaluate and critique compensation options, build cost modeling, and develop recommendations aligned to customer needs, business objectives, and budget.
  • •Ensure regulatory compliance by monitoring changes, consulting authorities, and implementing compliance processes where applicable.
  • •Analyze and report compensation and benefits data, maintain pay ranges and compensation data systems, and support onboarding/offboarding activities tied to the programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of Compensation & Benefits experience in reputed tech companies in Japan.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • •PowerPoint and Word proficiency.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese & English, plus the ability to analyze data and address data quality issues.
