Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee preparation and posting of monthly general ledger entries, including expense accruals, prepaid deferrals and amortizations, and reclass entries for segment profitability and GAAP reporting.
  • •Manage general ledger and sub-ledger reconciliations and resolve variances with cross-functional stakeholders to meet reporting deadlines.
  • •Direct account reconciliations efforts and lead research and resolution of outstanding reconciliation items with operations and accounts payable teams.
  • •Maintain general ledger system setup and hierarchy (account and cost center setup, hierarchy changes, and cost center closure) in coordination with system owners.
  • •Oversee annual budget consolidation, submission, and reporting; develop monthly/quarterly reporting templates; collaborate on report quality and correctness; and support Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • •Minimum of four to seven years of applicable experience in accounting or auditing.
  • •CPA licensed or CPA candidate preferred; at least 3 years of public accounting preferred.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and Oracle EPM experience preferred.
  • •Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
