Job Summary

Support store objectives by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining designated store sections. Process sales, exchanges, and refunds accurately using all payment methods, and keep the cash desk replenished, tidy, and compliant with opening/closing procedures. Maintain organized stockroom operations, build product and promotion knowledge, and cover Head/Deputy Cashier duties when absent. Participate in customer service and product knowledge training, while upholding legal, SOP, and health & safety standards.

•Maintain responsibility for designated store sections and ensure presentation standards (e.g., folding and displaying items).
•Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently, using payment methods accurately and swiftly.
•Keep cash desk areas replenished and tidy, maintaining housekeeping standards.
•Acknowledge and provide quality customer service face-to-face and over the telephone.
•Organize the stockroom efficiently and develop knowledge of stock and promotions; cover Head/Deputy Cashier responsibilities in their absence.

Key Requirements
