Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor computer vision alarms, video surveillance, access control, and life-safety systems to maintain constant situational awareness.
  • •Dispatch and coordinate response to incidents and alarms, document events accurately, and maintain logs, notifications, and shift communications.
  • •Conduct OSINT monitoring by watching social media, news, online forums, and other open sources for threats to personnel, facilities, operations, and brand.
  • •Support executive protection with protective intelligence, including threat monitoring, person-of-interest research, and event/venue intelligence.
  • •Monitor global travel risk and produce clear written products (incident logs, spot reports, shift summaries, intelligence briefs) while helping write SOPs and workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 32.21 - 40.24 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in a GSOC, security operations center, dispatch, or monitoring environment, and/or intelligence analysis/OSINT in a related security, military, or law enforcement role.
  • •Ability to monitor multiple systems simultaneously and make decisive, calm responses during incidents.
  • •Ability to exercise independent judgment in ambiguous situations where protocols are limited or evolving.
  • •Demonstrated ability to help write protocols, SOPs, and build workflows (not only follow them).
  • •Open-source research skills, with strong analytical foundation and the ability to learn OSINT tradecraft quickly.
