Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Provide mentoring, accountability, coaching, leadership development, and performance management to direct reports.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, and train employees to maintain supervisory staffing and execute progression path training/certification.
  • •Lead problem solving and continuous improvement to meet quality, production, and cost objectives while ensuring health/safety and loss prevention compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
