Job Summary

Support manufacturing project leaders within the PMO by tracking tasks, milestones, and operational data. •Assist project leaders with daily tasks such as collecting and analyzing operational data and preparing reports and visual summaries.
•Use AutoCAD to verify and update layout drawings and support layout accuracy checks during factory changes or expansions.
•Help organize and execute project-related workshops, team activities, and internal PMO events.

Key Requirements

•Understand the basics of the project lifecycle, including task tracking, milestone planning, and stakeholder coordination.
•Be proficient with AutoCAD to read and modify factory layout drawings and support layout validation.
•Have strong MS Office skills, including PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data analysis and reporting (e.g., pivot tables, formulas).
•Demonstrate strong English reading and writing skills for documentation and cross-site communication.
•Be able to work on-site at least 2.5 days (5 half days) per week.
