Job Summary

Lead day-to-day store operations and support the store leadership team to deliver an exceptional, customer-first experience. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help achieve sales, profit, and KPI goals. Oversee opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, task delegation, stockroom operations, visual merchandising, and inventory integrity. Partner with Store leadership to foster an inclusive team culture and strengthen community engagement through local initiatives and events.

Key Responsibilities

•Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and meet productivity goals.
•Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs and individual goals.
•Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
•Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring timely product flow to the sales floor.
•Maintain visual merchandising standards and uphold inventory integrity, shipping/receiving, and loss prevention practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.66 - 27.6 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
•High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred (hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements valued).
•Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
•Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high-performing, diverse teams.
•Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools; able to perform physical tasks throughout the store.
