Design, develop, and test complex software systems and applications that support cloud-based banking enhancements and new products. Key Responsibilities

•Support software engineering team in designing, developing, and testing complex systems and applications for enhancements and new products.
•Assist with product refinement by creating tickets, analyzing development work, and independently troubleshooting complex tickets and dependencies.
•Follow team architectural decisions, participate in brainstorming, and contribute to proof-of-concept implementations and prototypes.
•Contribute to CI/CD processes, including automated testing and improving testing coverage.
•Support cross-functional launch and go-live activities, analyze adoption and release barriers, and help maintain system hygiene with high-quality code and code reviews.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field with 3+ years of experience/proficiency (or a combination of education and experience).
•Proficiency in at least one programming language and knowledge of software design principles and development tools/frameworks.
•Experience with web application development.
•Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, and testing.
•Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git.
