Key Responsibilities

•Complete daily preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on schedule to minimize downtime and keep production lines running smoothly.
•Set up, visually inspect, and test machinery to ensure proper operation; diagnose unusual sounds or malfunctions and help resolve problems quickly.
•Dismantle malfunctioning machinery, replace or repair faulty parts, and restore equipment to full functionality.
•Use LOCKOUT/TAGOUT procedures and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
•Assist production and quality teams as needed and help repair/maintain plant facilities to keep operations clean, safe, and organized.

Salary: USD 27.75 - 37.75 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED plus 1+ years of related industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing maintenance experience, or 4 years of direct experience.
•Vocational/technical diploma or associate degree in technical maintenance or a vocational school (preferred).
•Ability to function effectively in a team environment and interact productively with all levels of personnel and contractors.
•Ability to operate a forklift, genie lift, scissor lift, or other powered industrial trucks (PIT).
•Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; read and execute work orders and translate equipment manuals.
