Provide a welcoming, brand-focused customer experience at the cash wrap while keeping the sales floor organized and visually updated. Accurately operate POS, handle cash per policy, and process shipments, transfers, and stockroom replenishment. Suggest add-ons and gift cards where permitted, support social media engagement, maintain housekeeping and Loss Prevention standards, and collaborate with the store team to keep products moving from receipt to sale.
