Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and monitor drilling, well construction, and well testing activities, directing personnel to specific tasks.
  • •Coordinate shift field team data collection and recording in accordance with permit, site, and quality assurance requirements.
  • •Oversee shift health and safety, including conducting daily tailgate meetings.
  • •Complete daily shift reporting for wellfield management as requested.
  • •Maintain and manage field equipment and proactively resolve equipment needs, problems, conflicts, and schedule issues with shift personnel and contractors/consultants.

Key Requirements
