Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and schedule travel on company aircraft in compliance with FAA, ICAO, and company regulations.
  • •Review NOTAMs, weather forecasts, and airport restrictions; conduct risk assessments and initiate operational waivers when needed.
  • •Coordinate international operations, including overflight/landing permits, slots, customs requirements, and crew documentation.
  • •Manage trip logistics (catering, hotel, ground transportation) and schedule crews to comply with duty limits and fatigue management.
  • •Provide emergency response support, maintain emergency contact databases, coordinate aircraft maintenance with the Maintenance Manager, and handle after-hours calls.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a valid FAA Dispatcher License (or equivalent international authorization).
  • •3+ years of corporate flight dispatch/scheduling experience with flight scheduling, dispatch, or aviation logistics.
  • •Deep familiarity with FAA and ICAO regulations plus international travel procedures.
  • •Advanced proficiency with flight scheduling software and other aviation-related programs.
  • •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with executive leadership and executive assistants.
