Asphalt Plant Operator

Oversee the daily operation of an asphalt plant to produce safe, efficient, and high-quality asphalt. Monitor plant controls and systems, regulate material flow, and adjust operations to meet production goals and specifications. Conduct inspections and maintenance, troubleshoot operational or mechanical issues, and maintain accurate production and maintenance records. Coordinate with logistics and quality teams and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations while supporting day-to-day plant upkeep.
