Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) for the S4 HANA transformational program, reporting to Director IT PMO.
  • •Define and run the PMO operating system including meeting cadence, minutes/recordings, follow-up actions, and leadership preparations.
  • •Maintain PMO KPIs and reporting; manage governance documentation aligned with progress and status.
  • •Define, maintain, support, and govern proper usage of PMO tools and organizational change management/delivery toolsets, including licensing and training/coaching.
  • •Develop and maintain S4 build methodology utilizing SAFe; drive continuous improvements and manage IT/business stakeholder expectations from the PMO office.
