Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure special education and related services are delivered as determined by the IEP team.
  • •Develop compliant IEPs, progress reports, and other required special education documentation.
  • •Provide accommodations and modifications to Stride K12 lessons and assessments as specified by the IEP.
  • •Collect and analyze student data to monitor progress, prescribe remediation/enrichment, and maintain gradebook integrity.
  • •Create rich synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences and regularly communicate with parents and learning coaches/parents.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree AND an active state special education teaching license.
  • •Six (6) months of student teaching experience.
