Area Controls Manager

Lead Trane’s Controls/Building Automation team in Fort Worth while driving revenue, profitability, and Annual Operating Plan priorities. Oversee the Area project portfolio to ensure timely delivery, supervise Controls fulfillment personnel, and manage associate performance. Serve as a primary interface between customers, vendors, and subcontractors, maintain customer satisfaction, and lead contract/risk reviews for estimates and implementation readiness. Establish safety-first operations and flexibility for out-of-hours needs.
