Analog Validation Manager

Lead an analog validation engineering team to develop and execute validation strategies for TI’s wireless connectivity products. You’ll oversee validation of complex RF and analog systems on advanced technology nodes, including defining hardware/software/instrumentation test approaches, building RF validation boards and schematics, and driving system-level parametric testing. Partner with multiple design and systems teams, manage project delivery, and mentor engineers to improve validation processes and methodologies.
