•Keep the store sparkling and stocked; contribute to store sales goals; share knowledge of Sephora policies and standards; support events, promotions, and priorities; participate in inventory control and loss-prevention programs; assist with cashier functions.
•Collaborate productively with team members; complete applicable training programs; apply learning on the job; seek coaching and learning opportunities to improve performance.

Key Requirements

•A passion for client service and love working with people.
•Knowledge about what's new and trending in beauty.
•A track record of building relationships with customers and team members.
•Resilience and the ability to react to situations in-the-moment and stay aware of changing store priorities as they arise.
•Prior experience working in retail sales or services industries.
