Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as main point of contact between LPM functional teams (e.g., R&D, Supply Chain) and Procurement to develop and execute strategic direction and yearly projects for the spend portfolio.
  • •Partner with LPM Marketing and Global/European Procurement to translate market needs into multi-year roadmaps delivering innovation, differentiation, and competitive advantage through sourcing, negotiations, and vendor management.
  • •Partner with R&D to identify and deliver cost savings, and maintain a pipeline of new materials and supplier capabilities.
  • •Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure raw material availability and quality while improving service value and reducing business continuity risks.
  • •Continuously scan the market and current supply base to assess competitive position and facilitate supplier-driven innovation.
  • •Co-design and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps as part of the Global Film Procurement community.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Supply Chain, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management within an international, fast-paced industrial environment.
  • •Proven achievements leading diverse strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contract development and project management.
  • •Ability to proactively manage market volatility using risk management and agile negotiation strategies across multiple projects/programs.
  • •Industry and/or Resin & Film raw material knowledge preferred; excellent English (written/spoken/presentation) and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
