Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop industrial architecture for new products and production systems and support implementation within the organization.
  • •Create industrial concepts from offer phase through contract award to secure a competitive industrial offering.
  • •Ensure industrial requirements are considered across the product lifecycle, including development, production, repair, and maintenance.
  • •Coordinate and support industrialization of product and production transfers until successful execution.
  • •Monitor costs, investments, and overall economics (Total Cost of Ownership), assess CAPEX needs, and analyze industrial risks and opportunities while advancing sustainability targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Successfully completed engineering degree; Master, PhD, or equivalent qualification is expected.
  • •At least ten years of professional experience in industrial environments (e.g., engineering, offer management, industrialization, or technical project management).
  • •Strong knowledge of production and repair processes, plus industrial cost and budget management.
  • •Experience with CAPEX investment processes, make-or-buy decisions, and industrial IT systems/applications.
  • •Lean management methods; ideally an APICS certification, plus proven delivery of large-scale industrial projects.
